Unicorn-Rainbow Cake

Sponge cake: (normal size)

7 eggs,
140 g sugar
140 g flour /BL 55/
1/2 package of baking powder,

Preheat the oven to 160 C degrees.
Beat the egg-whites until foamy, then add the sugar and stir a little longer.
When done, continue with the kitchen mixer on low, if you have a KitchenAid mixer, use speed 2 and add the yolks. Stir until smooth.Finally, add the screened flour with the baking powder and salt. Stir a little more, this time with a wooden spoon.Pour the batter into 6 bowls and use food-coloring to get the desired colors.
Pour them in the mould, and bake it for 30-40 minutes.

When the sponge cakes are ready and cut, fill them with the butter cream and refrigerate.
Now, unicorn-time.
When the cream is hard enough, cover with the sugary batter. For example, cut thin, colorful ribbons out of it or prepare bows.
Then put the unicorn on top and voila! The rainbow cake is ready.
